In 2007, AINA’s consultants, Royal Haskoning, delivered a project 'Management strategies and mitigation measures for the inland navigation sector in relation to ecological potential for inland waterways'.
The report was prepared on behalf of AINA working in partnership with Waterways Ireland, UKTAG and the Environment Agency.
