Donald Ward Limited pays over £37,000 for breaching its waste management licence. Plus: Roy Beech (Contractors) Ltd, Andy’s Skip Hire and Victoria Smith, all from Staffordshire pay over £40,000 for leaving illegal waste on a demolition site and Norfolk Environmental Waste Services pays over £17,000 for damaging a golf course.
