This month the biggest fines are for companies failing to deal with packaging waste according to the regulations. Bibendum Ltd, wine importer and distributor pays £78,836: book distributor Baker & Taylor pays £30,000 and fish importer Polarfrost Seafoods Ltd pays £23,644.
